Important Booking Information
Deposit Policy
We require a 20% non-refundable deposit on each service. This deposit is deducted from your final payment at your appointment.
New Clients — Colour Services
If you're a new client booking a lightening service, colour correction, or hair transformation, you MUST book a Client Consultation first. During this consultation, we'll discuss your desired look, assess your hair, and create a personalised plan. Your colour service will then be booked at the time of your consultation.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
By booking an appointment with Tegan & Beau, you are agreeing to our cancellation conditions. We require 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to allow us sufficient time to fill the appointment slot.
Cancellations outside 48 hours: No charge
Cancellations within 48 hours: 100% of deposit charged
No-shows: 50% of booked service will be charged
